A. If your baby is not eating and appears weak, start by offering small, frequent meals with soft, easy-to-digest, and nutrient-rich foods like mashed banana, dal khichdi, curd rice, or soft fruits. Avoid force-feeding and instead create a calm, distraction-free mealtime routine. Sit with your baby and eat together to encourage interest in food. You can also try adding natural appetite boosters like a few drops of ghee to food or consult a pediatrician about safe syrups like Aptivate if needed. Monitor weight and activity—if the baby remains inactive or continues to lose weight, a medical evaluation may be necessary to rule out underlying issues.
