my baby doesn't eat anything about 2 days. what's reason. is teething reason for that?

yes during teething phase kids suffer from loss of appetite and they tend to reject food intake..
but to confirm for teething phase please check for other signs also such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, raised body temperature.
