my baby does not sleep . He plays all the time actively. massage happens atleast 3 times a day . he consumes milk properly as he passes urine very frequently and poops twice a days. how can I make him sleep

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 3 times a day massage is not required and feed the baby on regular intervals and around 20 to 25 mins at a time so baby gets hind milk and gets satiated with reed and sleep well
