Q.
My baby do spit a lot.... she's gaining weight properly and full active as well...but the spitting problem is irritating....what can i do to prevent it?

yes mam,it is common problem among young babies.
here I suggest you some tips to prevent it :
offer small and frequent feeds.
try different feeding position.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
