my baby didn't take food properly almost 4days, now he's having fever I have given paracetamol suspension, any suggestions what I'll give to eat

A. baby is not taking food properly and is becoming editable you have to check temperature only if temperature is above 99 Fahrenheit then only you have to give fever medicine
