my baby didn't stool for 4 days then. I kept soap at rectum then she stool .again she didn't stool for 6 days then I did same process .after that she stool .again now 5 days she didn't stool what should I do suggest me

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it happens due to dehydration.. better give breast milk more frequently to maintain adequate hydration. mother should eat healthy diet and stay hydrated and avoid spicy and oily food strictly

Hello ma’am Newborns can go without popping for 7 to 10 days or even more sometimes but that’s considered completely normal if your child is having day all the feeds properly the urine output is proper and no discomfort to child and there’s a thing to be worried about so don’t do anything just have patience
