my baby didn't poop since 3 days but she is farting more than 10 times a day. is that ok?

Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies mtay be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparatiohns like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Hi Yes constipation is very normal and common at this age so need not worry about it so if your child is passing proper urine through the day and taking all the feeding properly then there is nothing you need to worry about and farting means that there is no stomach pain or irritation so it’s okay
