my baby Dhruv hai.or usko 5days fever or head or abdomen dono warm jayda kyu rehta hai.or fever ata hai kya vaccine laga sakte hai.

A. this needs to be checked clinically so it will be better to completely examine n assess, according to the symptoms and then only it will be possible to give you proper suggestions and treatment ,so please consult your doctor for further guidance in this regard and to clear all queries in details.further for more regarding this you can get guided properly by consulting your nearby doctor to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it.t becomes difficult to explain here in details without proper examination
