My baby daughter is 146 days old. Can I give her biscuit in liquid state or cerelac now?

A. Dear parent, at the age of 146 days you should not give any sort of top food to your baby. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Even after 6 months, avoid giving biscuits and commercially available packaged foods like cerelac.

A. No, biscuits or any solid food personally I would not recommend to babies below 6 months. Please wait till your baby completes 6 months up to start basic solid foods. In case if your pediatrician had approved to start solid foods to your baby then you can start with simple single ingredients like the rice, barley, oats, banana puree, Apple puree, Watermelon puree, muskmelon puree, carrot puree, beetroot puree etc Refer to My Little Moppet blog or their instagram page as I had started solids and weaned my baby with their guide.
