Q.

My baby cries every time before he pees.sometimes crying is too loud and scary while most of the time it’s normal crying. At least he cries for 5-7 mins Is this normal?

A. straining while passing urine and stool is very normal before completion of 6 months of age. sometimes this can continue for one year of age also. it usually occurs due to the distention off the urinary bladder and rectum of the child. the sensation is new ford the child that's why the child is crying if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination.
