my baby cries at night daily for 2-3 hours continuously then has good sleep... I'm giving her colic aid then also she's crying

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasovfnhs could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
