my baby completes 5 months by 14th.. at what month we can start solid foods. how many times a food can be given a day

Not right now your child should be six months complete entering into the time of seventh month that is when you need to start giving food to the child prior to that it would not be advisable as whatever feeding you are giving as of good enough to meet the need of your child
