my baby completely 2 months and he get his first teeth. Is it matter of concern, now what to do?

It's very rare as usually babies get their teeth at as early as four months
Usually such early teething will take time to complete and full teeth will get visible after about four months.
keep her hydrated by giving her BM
Mom should not use RO water
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
please consult your pediatrician if you have any confusion
