my baby completed 5 months today but he gained 300gms this month and weighing 6.7 kg , exclusively breastfeeding ,I'm worrying about his weight what I can do?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. need not worry about as baby is having good weight gain.. babies double the birth weight around 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. you can start with zincovit drops or A to Z consulting your pediatric..
