Q.

my baby completed 4months why weight is gaining not well..she is only 4.4kg..n birth weight was 2.7kg

A. This usually happens when the feeding that you are giving is not enough for the child a child should gain at least 500 g in a month if if your child is not gaining appropriately that only indicates that the breastfeeding that you’re giving is not enough so you should start with formula feeding and for initial one year it’s very important that your child should have a proper game no matter how active your child is weight gain is extremely important in this age

A. As long as the baby is active it is not a cause of concern...Baby should be double the birth weight at 6 months and should be triple at 1 year...
