Q.
My baby completed 4months today and her weight is only 4.7kg. She is on exclusive breastmilk. How can I help her to gain weight? I am very much worried...please please help me π

Hello maam But what are you so worried about your child is having a decent weight gain as per the age and since you have not mentioned the birth weight of your child I can only tell you if your child has even gained minimum half a KG every month and that is good and if the birth weight double by the age of six months that and that is an ideal weight gain so donβt worry about it
