My baby chin small bits white dots right side only iam using himalaya soap please solution which soap use for baby my baby age 4yrs thanku sir/mam

A. Hello dear parent, these white dots could be due to deficiency of any supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc. But you should give only in consultation with your not otherwise. Also give him deworming medicine as per doctor's recommendations.
