my baby breastfeeds and then top feed is also required,how to understand if my supply is sufficient or not. also how can I increase breast milk supply. 2. my baby breastfeeds for around half n hour but when I try to pump the result is very disturbing. I get only 2-3 spoons of milk. please help

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old boy2 weeks agoA. hello it may be that there is no enough milk n try to take lactare medicine which improves the milk secretion n also baby gaining a mini of 600 g to 800 g per month is a good indication that baby is getting enough milk

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! The more your baby takes the breast milk directly, it is always the better Milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your daily diet for better Milk production. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
