my baby boys is having 101 fever from yesterday night I am giving paracetamol drops but not decreasing what I have to do

A. hello give the paracetamol once in every 4 hours or 6 hours and still there is no improvement then it would be better to check your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry and not a problem
