my baby boys birth weight was 3 .4 kg on 25th September and after a week it was 3kg. Now after almost a month the weight is still 3.005 kg. urine output is normal having atleat 8 wet clothes a day.Is there any issue with the present weight

A. baby will be losing 10% of the weight in first 10 days of age afterwards there will be gaining weight if the baby is not it gaining weight it is better to consult a doctor
