my baby boy weight at the end of 4th months is 5.8..compare with it you may know the answer...no need to worry...his birth weight is 3.1kg.....so dont woorry...his gaing very good weight

Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
