Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

My baby is also 15months old, one thing which helped me was- i roasted ed makhana in ghee and made powder of it, every night i soaked 1-2 dates in milk approx 1/2 cup milk, the next day i deseed the dates and blend it in the same milk and add makhana powder in it, sometimes I top it up with dry fruit powder. Oats and banana pancakes are also good.
