My baby boy of 29 months had not develop talking in sentences.. Only he say.. Mama papa... Car... Please... He is busy in watching rhymes. I am working women so I don't have time to care him.. Due to covid I am not able to send him play school. We are nuclear family. Is it possible that to send him granny's home without me? Kindly guide me...

A. Hello, your baby boy is 29 months old and he doesn’t speak long sentences but monologues words like papa and mamma etc see if he has a tongue tie beneath it
