#AskTheExpert Doctor my 23 months old son is not talking a single word he even dnt response when we call him he is all the time busy watching rhymes. Sometimes he laughs alone.should we take him to the doctor.plz help

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..baby is addicted to screen...please stop any kind of screen time as soon as possible.. let him cry for same....screen time hampers the growth of child....it will take some months but baby will start speaking..after you engage him in some thing more productive
