Q.
My baby boy not gaining weight properly after 5 months. his current weight 6.5 kg only. he is premature. i m giving weight gaining food and fm. he takes small qty of FM Only. he took vomit sometime. My doctor said no pblm and he is very active. what is the problem.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that most of the babies with gaining weight fast in the first three months of age afterwards the weight gain may not be much a baby will be two times the birth weight at the end of five months and it is only three times at the end of one year

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child bm or infant formula milk well which will help in the baby growth and is absolutely nothing to worry about not a problem
