my baby boy legs have tiny swollen bumps which looks like mosquito bites and he doesn't have any itchyness can you please assist

Apply a mix of Kapoor and Babyhug coconut oil which would be a good option if you’re sure that this is not a mosquito bite and there is no itching such a good option the other one I can recommend you to use calamine lotion that’s great and that’s very healthy for the skin during this time
