You can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Give either Dal ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or stewed pear or stewed apple or any one fruit puree or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup initially and then you can introduce new items in his diet. There should be atleast 2 sessions of breast feeding.
Check Babyhug Fruit and Food Nibbler 2 in 1 with Mesh and Silicone Sac : It is BPA free. Great way to introduce new fruits and vegetables to your baby.
