A. If the baby is breastfeeding, then there is no need to formula feed the baby. You can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Give either Dal ka Pani or rice Ka Pani or rice porridge or stewed pear or stewed apple or any one fruit puree or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup initially and then you can introduce new items in his diet. There should be atleast 2 sessions of breast feeding. Check Babyhug Fruit and Food Nibbler 2 in 1 with Mesh and Silicone Sac : It is BPA free. Great way to introduce new fruits and vegetables to your baby. Ideal for fruits and vegetables like bananas, melons and carrots. There is minimised risk of choking for the baby. Mesh can be easily removed and cleaned.
