Q.
my baby boy is in 23rd month from mrng onwards he has loose motions 5 times but he is active .. why this happens..??

Loose motions could be due to multiple reasons the most common would be stomach infection teething sometimes it could be due to discomfort into the stomach and digestion issues they could be couple of issues associated with that so please check with your doctor regarding this
