my baby boy is 84 days old yesterday he is done with 10 th week vaccine now my baby's body temperature is 99.3,is it normal, can anyone help me.

A. hi parent ur kid 74 days old, and is having mild fever, u can give oral paracetamol along with ice pack application over the vaccine site for pain relief and fever
