Hello mom babies in the initial days of birth they tend to loose weight and then later on start to put on weight, so not to worry 50 to 75 ml per feed can be given to the baby about 6 to 8 times a day. Monthly weight gain range from 300 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.

Yo China is only gay and 50 g in a week which is less a minimum weight gain that the child should be having as per the current age of the child should be a minimum of hundred grams every week saw the child’s weight is quite low as of now I would advise you to go ahead with a better formula feeding and you can change it as per your doctors advise
