Q.
my baby boy is 7month old he is having cold cough and grrr sound in his chest after giving antibiotic also.he is not gaining proper weight now his weight is 6.7kg. Birth weight is 2.6kg.how to treat this.

For what reason have you given antibiotics to the child can you please explain that because for a small chat antibiotics are usually not advisable second thing is that if the sound is coming that could be a possibility of maybe a little bit of congestion in the chest for that you can start nebulisation the child but giving antibiotics is not a very good idea
