My baby boy is 7 month old and weight is 4.6 kg he was born premature with weight 800 grams he is partially lifting the head is this normal, what can be given to increase the weight

Preterm Kids can take a little longer time to reach their milestones so as of now even if you think your child is lifting a little bit of head then that’s a good thing but still to be more clear about this thing I am going to just advise you to discuss it with your paediatrician in detail for a better understanding
