Q.

my baby boy is 7 month 16 days an he having cold cough an losse motion.should i continue feeding lactogen or i should stop.my he is not satisfied with my breast milk

A. that is no problem and it is not due to milk and you can continue to give the formula milk Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to clfimate changes and temperature variations . If fever is present give paracetamol.

A. Hi mom Yes u can continue to feed lactogen There is no problem in that. give indirect steam to ur baby two three times a day and apply babyhug rapid relief babyrub or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. U can give maxtra syrup for cold and cough
