Q.
My baby boy is 7 days old . He birth weight is 2.25 kg ,now reduced to 2.1 kg . He is doing potty after every feed ( very less potty and it’s watery) from last 4 days . Is it normal when it will be corrected. Do we need to take any medicine. Also can we give any formula feed to him
