my baby boy is 6 month old but as he was born premature he is 5.4 kg now is it good or he is steel very weak..? and can I start giving him fruits or anything else

yes , weight is absolutely fine.
but as your baby is preeme baby ,it is advisable to give food only after consulting with your pediatrician.
