my baby boy is 5 months old and his one eye corner show red. can you suggest what can be done urgently?

Clean the eyes with cotton dipped and squeezed in lukewarm water for now.
This can be due to to excessive rubbing of eye or by chance finger touching inside eye.
Consult ur paediatrician for the eye drops.
