my baby boy is 4 years old his hands have some ellargi but there is no etching problem

A. It is not necessary that every allergy is going to show you some itchy reaction it could probably be just associated with sweat or something but it’s best to check with a dermatologist for a proper treatment or a homeopathic doctor
