my baby boy is 4 th month old he feed dexolac face big rashes and bumps yesterday I feed apple puree after 2 hours my baby body head face hands stomach overall body rashes bumps on my bsby skin immediately went to the skin hospital. doctor said atoglo lotion prescribe to my baby no use this lotion plz advice doctor help me

First you should not be giving anything to your child to eat maybe the food that you gave specially Apple that react it because the body is not ready to accept outside food it’s only given after completing the age of six months currently you can go ahead with the lotion that your doctor has suggested as you can shift to calamine lotion
