Q.

My baby boy is 4 months old. His birth weight was 2.73 kg. He is exclusively on breast feeding and his pee count is also good. His weight at 4 months is 5.4kg. Is it fine. He is not gaining properly. How much should he gain every month. Anyone pls suggest.

A. Your child is getting better than average sure I would like to tell you the basic method of calculating weight is a minimum gain of 500 g in a month should be evidently seen if that is not seen that means a weight gain your child if you look at it is getting more than that which is much healthy than expected weight gain of the child with all in all it is a very good weight
