Q.

My baby boy is 4 months old and his testis is normal shown when he born and now we are seeing right up testis has got one more lump like a small strawberry...is it goes away it own or its harmful? let me know

A. Hydroceles can occur at any age, but are most common in newborns and infants. Hydroceles usually present as a bulge in the scrotum. The hydrocele may change size throughout the day, getting worse with crying or straining and then get better at night when your child is lying down.
