my baby boy is 4 months old and goes watery like potty after each feed with small quantity... he is oly on breast milk....

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment aloung with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grfade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

It could be a possibility that the feeling that you are giving to the child may not be shooting the child in the first place and secondly it could be generally that your child is suffering with loose motions only so I would recommend you to 1 to get it checked with the doctor because a doctor would be able to be a better clarity on the issueWrite Your Answer Here
