Q.
My baby boy is 4 months. I had normal delivery for both son. I am breastfeeding so cant do diet. My tummy is more. I have used belt, but no use in reducing tummy. Any suggestions to reduce tummy. Pls suggest the effective excerise.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist11 months agoA. Namaste Mom, This does take time as in, so be patient. Take care of your diet and prefer to avoid too much of sugary , refined and proceesed foods, yoga is quite helpful as well, get a trainer to guide
