Q.
My baby boy is 32 days old. Doctor has asked me to strictly breastfeed, but I feel that am not producing enough milk moreover I get tired after breastfeeding throughout the day so I give my baby formula feed twice only( at night and during early morning). Though I breastfeed him on demand middle of the night. Is formula feeding wrong while breastfeeding.?

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Mixed feeding is alright as long as it suits your baby’s digestion. Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months completion .
