my baby boy is 3 months old yesterday I saw a lice on his head nd I checked his head properly his head was full of lice then I cleaned it how it came nd how his head can be completely clear

You have to use a shampoo but it’s chemical wage for a three month old child I don’t suggest you to do so also you need to figure out from where I have these lies come into the hair of your child with child is only three months old who is who is actually transferring these things to the child and please check with your doctor what is going to be the right shampoo to use because when I will suggest would be totally chemical based
