My baby boy is 3 months old. Since 5 days he is passing stools 5-6 times mostly during feeding time and it have mucus content in it. Sometimes he passes green color stool.Why is it so

mom should not use the food that causes gas and indigestion
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
