My baby boy is 3 months old and his lips are becoming dry. What was the reason and can we use any child lip balms

You Can probably think that it is due to lack of water into the body sometimes due to dehydration also Dilip skin become dry so you can put a drop of mustard oil into the Naval of your child every 5 to 6 hours so that the hydration is maintained in the lips through that
