the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diett and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

Hi If your child has picked up well your child is fine then first you give more of liquids to the child like soups and juices and then you can start giving little bit of protein rich diet to the child include hundred grams Paneer on an every day basis curd and also you can give fats like ghee and butter
