my baby boy is 2years and 8months now ..I have seen his lips is dry and sometimes blood on his lips...from last few days and he want water again again ....y so

Hello mom he might be getting dehydrated as these are signs of it , give him water as much he wants to .. a few sips through out the day is good enough , give other liquids as well such as coconut water c lemon juice or sugar cane juice , fresh fruit juices , butter milk curds
