my baby boy is 2years 4 months old from last four days he getting more stomach pain and he is going potty for thrice very much smelling.iam using cyclopam for pain but no use it seems please do the needful

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommevndations.
give easily digestible food.
