Q.
My baby boy is 23 months old.He is having constipation for few days and feels very uncomfortable. plz suggest what to do for normalizing his bowel movement.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. glycerine suppository occasionally but. c c Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc

keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
massage her with Babyhug coconut oil
off r her easy to digest food and avoid packaged and processed food, maida items
